  • He has experience working closely with MDs, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, osteopaths, naturopaths and other practitioners to best serve his patients for a variety of needs.

  • He has additional degrees from the University of Toronto and University of British Columbia and previously spent many years educating children and adults.

Sean’s experiences with acupuncture and Chinese medicine started many years ago while living in Taiwan. This established his connection to this tradition as he embraced the culture of food, health, and exercise - mainly with his experience and training in KungFu, TaiChi and the practice of QiGong, China’s ancient art of standing meditation, breathing and stretching. Learning and practising helped to change his health for the better, as well as nurture an interest and studies around acupuncture.

He had the opportunity to meet many incredible practitioners and masters of acupuncture and Chinese medicine to see how it is used to support good health - both preventative and restorative.

Returning to Canada he continued to seek out alternative therapies for chronic shoulder/back pain. He found that regular acupuncture treatments with electroacupuncture, combined with cupping therapy worked wonders, greatly reducing the pain and improving range of motion - serious long term effects. He also saw acupuncture support his wife during both her pregnancies and it was at this time that he committed himself to becoming an expert in acupuncture and working towards sharing these treatments with others.
